We have been using Bakerview Chem-Dry for over 20 years now, and we’ve always been very happy with the outcome after they take care of our carpets. We believe that their processes are why we have not had to replace our carpets, and why we don’t intend to replace them any time soon. Great customer service all around!! Love these guys!!

Dan was great. Knowledgeable, professional and flexible. He worked around my schedule and most importantly did a great job on my carpets. I will use them again!!

This is the second time I’ve had my carpet cleaned by Bakerview Chem-Dry and they do a great job! We have 3 large dogs and we are very hard on carpet. The carpet comes out looking like new after they clean it!

I have had Bakerview Chem-Dry clean my carpets three times. Since I two dogs and two cats, my carpets take a beating. They are very professional and do a wonderful job. Carpets look like new each time. You won’t be disappointed.

Just had the carpets cleaned today and they look terrific! Bakerview Chem-Dry always does a great job! I’ve had them cleaning my carpets for many years now and I’m happy with their work. They are not the least expensive, but I do believe you get what you pay for — and I want, and get, good work from Bakerview Chem-Dry. Thanks again!

Dan and his team are TRUE PROFESSIONALS. Extremely polite and a wonder to work with! Called with a last minute carpet cleaning of an entire house and Dan was completely understanding and worked with me on setting up a same day appointment with no extra charge. Nothing but great things to say about Dan and his team. OUTSTANDING!

Katie and Dan at Bakerview Chem-Dry have been cleaning our carpets every six months for the past few years. They have always been prompt, professional, and very thorough. We have many stairs, white carpet, and black cats. Quite the bad combination for keeping carpets clean. But Bakerview Chem-Dry does this very well. I am very pleased. And the prices are very reasonable. They also drop by when I have a spot treatment problem after a party or spill. I really appreciate that extra effort on their part. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love this company, a family run company! They are responsive, punctual and only once have the called to say they would be 10 minutes late in well over 10 year of having my carpets, area rugs and furniture cleaned. In fact, the opposite is true…they often call to ask if they may come a little earlier than was scheduled. When there has been a stain that remained apparent after all the tricks had been used, the technician returns and GETS it removed! Pricing has always been better than the competition and the quality of work is the BEST. There are never any hidden fees. I have experienced nothing but transparency in every aspect of our dealings with this outstanding company of skilled technicians.

I hired Bakerview Chem-Dry to take care of the carpet in one small bedroom (with pet treatment) after my pets suddenly began marking it. Dan was extremely patient with me explaining the price breakdown, and what I could get for the minimum charge; it really felt like he was trying to make sure I got the maximum amount of treatment for the money I was spending.

After hashing out the details, Cayden came out to do the carpet cleaning and pet treatment. He was hands down the most polite, kind service provider I have ever had in my home. My dog even bothered him when my kids let him back in the house while my back was turned and he didn’t mind one bit, he was just friendly and nice to my pup. He really listened to me when I explained what was getting treated and what I wanted. Once the job was done, he cleaned up and gave my husband clear instructions for the drying period, and was off!

After a few days I noticed the pet smell was still pretty strong, so I reached out to Dan again. He told me it can take a few treatments depending on how heavily the carpet was soiled, and he wound up setting me up with two more appointments for the pet treatment – at no additional cost! It’s fantastic, I really feel like Bakerview Chem-Dry has taken care of us and our carpet. I will happily be a repeat customer if I ever need my carpet cleaned again, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned!

Bakerview Chem-Dry cleaned the carpets in our rental house. They hadn’t been cleaned in years and we were even thinking we would have to put new carpet in the house. I was so surprised how clean they got them! Customer service was great also.

I don’t usually write reviews but this company deserves it. Customer service at its best! My company kept moving me around, which caused me to continually cancel and set up a date for Bakerview Chem-Dry to come out. Dan and his team were very flexible and did an outstanding job. Definitely recommend this company.
